Laura R. Oatman, Architects, Inc, was founded in February of 2009. Our company specializes in architectural design for the hospitality industry, with particular emphasis on boutique wellness-focused green hotels, as well as spas,  restaurants and lounges, that desire a unique combination of both high-end luxury design and sustainable green design.  Though our primary practice is architecture, we also provide project management services for hospitality developers, and consulting services for hospitality operators.

Laura Oatman is a single-source professional with over 25 years experience in the business, who operates in a fluid environment with very little overhead. Working alone or as needed in association with her strategic partners and business contacts, she brings to the table only what the specific client or project needs, and for discreet and specific tasks, with a well-organized precision that allows for much lower overall project costs.
